Average range rental rates. Facilities are not luxurious of course. Admin office staff not friendly. But security guards are helpful. Located beside Ayala 30th Mall and near Estancia Mall. Not accessible for public transport vehicles like jeep or buses. Hello of a traffic starting Oct. 2022 because the Shaw-Meralco station of the subway project has started and many roads are closed. Expect super heavy traffic.

I stayed here for 3 nights and id say the experience was worth it. If you're looking just for a place to stay i recommend this one. Pros Gracious host Spacious room with nice interior design Separate place for kitchen and a place to hangout with friends You can invite friends to chill max 8 to 10 people Easy check in and check out process Cons No free access to the pool. You have to pay and its steep price for a so-so pool that could only fit 7 people No gym They're strict when it comes to inviting someone to go in. They need to present an id. I know i know security and all that but compared to condos i rented and even hotels, they need to loosen up a bit

I've only seen the lobby a couple of times and it seems like a secret gem tucked in the Renaissance condo complex. It has the basic services you need within reach: ATM at the entrance, 7/11, spa, OK Cafe at the parking area, Ministop at the bus stop, and of course, Ayala the 30th mall just right beside Renaissance. Right behind is St. Paul Pasig, and across are Metropole laundry/dry cleaning shop, and BoardroomPH coworking space. Next block is The Medical City Hospital. And of course, you just have to cross the street and you'll easily walk your way to office buildings at Ortigas Central Biz District and the Philippine Stock Exchange Bldg at Tektite Towers.

(This is not a review but I am telling you our bad experience we had sa kausap namin) This place should be our agreed meeting place. We were told earlier by our contact to meet us here. It is here where we will gather to spend at least an hour or two with our dying classmate. This is our contact's request for me but I told her that I do not really want to see our dying classmate in that condition of her. Hindi ko kayang makita sya ng ganun. In her insistence though, I obliged. We arrived here early straight from my early morning PAL flight from OZC. We stayed in the comfortable lounge sitting in the sofas. That day I am not feeling well. I lack sleep. I also had a LBM having gone to the CR for 2 times already in less than 2 hours and I am feeling weak and tired. However, hindi nmin nakita ang kausap nmin kasi hindi pala dapat dito kami magkikita. I tried to call her but she cannot be contacted since she told us that she will be coming from their farm in Tanay Rizal which is a dead spot. After more than 2 hours and getting tired of waiting, we decided to just go home for my feeling is really becoming worse. We failed to meet everyone and sadly our dying classmate left us a day later. 😔. The place looks cozy though with parking lot for guest and it has plenty of security guard. I also saw plenty of staff that is very busy grooming the place. It got also a 7-11.. Very convenient really.
